Daily Delight #85

I was flipping through Men’s Health and came across a recipe for: STUFFED PEPPERS WITH BRAISED POTATOES. That’s right, read it again. It’s a vegetarian recipe – in Men’s Health! – with absolutely no special promoting that it’s vegetarian. (The way some magazines are like ooh it’s the “curvy issue” and feature models that are not rail thin. But it’s designated as being a special anomaly.) It was great that this recipe was just in there as is, no special designation. There was a little blurb saying if you want to add protein add some lean hamburger, and that was it. Way to go, Men’s Health to not buying into that man = meat propaganda.
